Above all, the oven must be installed in accordance with all relevant local and national codes, and in a manner acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction. We recommend our Mountain Series ovens be moved/installed using a forklift, pallet jack, or crane. For more narrow installations, a Roll Over Cage kit can be purchased.
