The client agrees to the terms and conditions when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the client authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms.
Full payment is due PRIOR to the delivery/installation being scheduled. If payment cannot be secured prior to the delivery/installation then the job will need to be rescheduled to our next available date once the payment has been received. If for whatever reason the site for delivery/installation is not ready and cannot be completed on the date scheduled, there will be additional fees added for extra trips.
When the product is received, it must be checked right away for damages regardless if the units are delivered in boxes/unboxed or installed. Once product is signed for, it cannot be refused, and any returns are subject to manufacturer's agreement and terms.
If there are any issues with the product, it will be subject to service at the manufacturer's discretion – so make sure that all product is inspected closely by either the purchaser or contractor, as it cannot be returned. Cosmetic warranty for products varies by brand and is very limited – make sure that you report any cosmetic at the time of delivery to ensure that it will be covered. Anything that is noted past the terms given by the manufacturer will not be covered. ABW does not cover consequential or incidental damages that are not a direct result of ABW Delivery or Installation.
All return requests for New In Box and a Non-Special Orders is at the direction of ABW management. New In Box and Non Special orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Avoid these fees by confirming your selections will fit perfectly before you place your order.Once a product is installed it cannot be returned. Any service issues will be reported to ABW service at the time of installation. The warranty on the product is for repair. Product replacement is determined by the manufacturer.
PROPERTY DAMAGE TERMS
We know that sometimes accidents happen. Any property damage that occurs as a result of the delivery or installation of the product needs to be reported to management right away. Delays in reporting will result in an inability to assist with the situation as ABW will be unable to determine if the damage occurred after the installation.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship within 20 miles of any of our locations (local delivery). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a call from our production department 24 hours prior to your delivery to confirm the delivery and or installation of your order. You will be given a 4 hour window on when to expect the arrival of our crew.
www.abwappliances.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact ABW Appliances. Once a product has been accepted the warranty terms of the product apply.
International Shipping Policy

Items marked clearance, display, discontinued, and/or clearance items and are NON-RETURNABLE and NON- REFUNDABLE.
AS-IS: Clearance items are sold AS-IS. Unless otherwise stated, AS-IS could include but is not limited to the following: scratches, dents, missing manuals, missing parts, and/or no manufacturer's warranty.
Once a product is installed it cannot be returned.

3-day Cancellation Period
Any cancellation must be made in writing within 3 business days of ordering and before delivery to be approved. Clients receiving an ABW Pre site inspection will have 3 days from the date of the inspection due to any issues with fit.

Most rebates and coupon offers are subject to their own terms and conditions as specified by the rebate sponsor and processor.
