initial 800 call for fridge and freezer not cooling. ran thru reset procedures with customer service but no improvement. created service ticket but waited days (thur to wed) to get warranty technician to checkout the unit. no refrigerant in unit. technician changed out valve bodies, leak checked, pumped down unit, refilled with refrigerant and departed stating to let them know if unit didn't cool.
unit didn't cool... still running and setting at a nice warm 72 degrees. technician expected to return today (fri) to attempt further repairs.

this problem seems to be across all models of the family hub. mine went bad at 13 months. the touchscreen does not respond to touch input. after resetting or power cycling the screen, it works for about a minute, then will not register input. this happened after tha latest software update. samsung says youll have to pay to fix it if over a year since your purchase, even though they oushed the software update that broke it..

Bought this Fridge 10 months ago and we love it! The slide out center drawer is a must. The upper fridge has so much space and the freezer is nice and deep.

Purchased this refrigerator brand new 7 months on December 2019 from Home Depot, and it has been excellent to provide reliability, ease of use for our family. This refrigerator is user friendly, advance with WiFi connectivity, and definitely to buy Samsung again for our other appliances need.

the fridge door constantly open & closes. it melts & ice wont come out. the drawer wont pull out, had to unplug and deftost the entire fridge. just so one month later to happen again

We bought this five months ago and so far it has proven to be a great appliance. It has plenty of space and we like having the drawer for easy access to reach snacks for our children. The only issue, and a minor one at that, is that the water dispenser occasionally drips a few drops of water out.
