White band turning tan after 2 weeks

my white band is turning tan after just receiving the watch 15 days ago. the buckle half is discolored except for the edge that nestles against the watch, and the spot near the buckle that gets covered. the adjustable half has a spot of tan between the buckle and where it goes beneath the other band. i don't spend time out in the sun, apply perfume, or use chemicals on the band. i've tried to use the customer service chat, but it won't connect.
