Serious flaws

my wrist size is small at 6 inch and the band is marked as m/l. beware, there is no mention of the size of the band on the product description. the band does not even freely rotate as mentioned by another reviewer. the loops keep on sliding. samsung is not doing any replacement for this if you purchase during the promotion period. very disappointed with the service. they even disconnect your calls. they sometimes pretend to not hear you on call. the people on chat take about 5mins to reply to each message.

i use it as a watch band for my galaxy watch 3. i have peripheral neuropathy so comfort and fit along with functionality are important to me.
