Has Had Balance Issues from the Beginning

We have had countless repair men here. Came a time they couldnt find LG repair people. Never could balance. Have suffered for 5 years with a washer that shakes sounds like a train is coming thru my house. It sits on a ceramic tile floor. No reason this should not be able to be fixed. Countless hours of time on the phone waiting for repair men. Not getting an LG next time.

I have owned this washer for five years now when it was a year and a half old I had to replace the drain pump when it was 2 1/2 years old. I had to replace the drain pump when It was 3 1/2 years old I had to replace the drain pump Now its five years old the water inlet valve failed and flooded my house and I also need to replace the drain pump again and dealing with the customer service and the product Liability department has been a bit of a hassle.

It is too early to put review after 3 months of usage. Quite machines big unit is ok but small washer handle looks poor quality. Big washer rubber frame inside collects lots water and sits there for days. Must leave door open after each use. I will definitely recommended to friend. About warranty 1 year is not enough something like should have warranty 3yrs+. Repairs will be costly for electrics components and hardware.

We recently purchased this dryer to replace a previously owned LG Dryer and so far it has been great. The drying time has been significantly less then what it took before and the door design changed is a nice improvement.

Im not sold on the front loading washer yet. My clothes dont smell as clean as they used to plus I cant add in something during the cycle. It broke after 5 years not under warranty

It worked well until it didnt the positive features are that its spacious washes my clothes well and I do laundry very often and my utility bill is not greatly affected. However I am in my 4th year using this machine and it just stopped working. I had warranty from lowes and I have been waiting for the past 3 weeks for them to get a replacement part to fix it as the pump stopped working.
