Dont waste your time using LGs website. Its one of the worst Ive ever used. I am a skilled navigator too. Once you give up on that and call them then your order will come very quickly and it will be correct. So if the website worked I would give them five stars. But that website just wastes your time. You cant find a place to put in a discount code. You cant find a price that matches what they sent me in the email. It is absolutely hopeless unless you call them on the phone.

The price of these thru LG was very good. Now I wish that LG was a generous when our refrigerator of less than three years broke down because of the compressor and we lost over $500 worth of food. LG wouldnt even respond to our concerns.

I answered an LG ad for Air Filters for the LG refrigerator that we had recently purchased. They were a good price and arrived in good order. Installed one new filter which was a little tricky but worked out OK. I am not sure why a refrigerator needs an internal air filter but it has one.

I live in a relatively small town and the Lowes and Walmart I have access to dont always have the right size filters to fit my frig. Ive always like LG becsuse they look sleek and are well designed. I also only hear good things about them . In fact I did not buy any repair insurance bc I know how good they are . And if I have a not so good experience then I will switch to a different brand which I think in this case will not happen . I own 4 LG - ref oven washer dryer and when my dishwasher needs replacement that will be LG too

I have been using the air filters for a few yeas now and the fridge has never had a negative smell for anything stored in it for any length of time. It is easy to replace when needed and I like that the fridge reminds me to do so.
