Grease and high performance regenerable odor filters can be removed from the top without any effort, in the same way it is possible to access inner part to clean from accidentally leak out of the pots. In addition a special valve allows the discharge of any spilled liquid, to ensure maximum hygiene to your kitchen.
- Temperature Manager- Effortless cooking, precise results.To always ensure perfect cooking the cooktop can be used with two different standard programs. 107 F for warming mode and 158 F for melting mode.
- Aspirator- The aspirating system, positioned in the central zone, reaches high-performance levels, in terms of fume extraction, noise level, and energy efficiency.
- Long Life Filter - These filters have been designed to guarantee maximum performance and odour filtering efficiency far above than average filters. Thanks to their regenerating capacity, their durability is from 3 to 5 years. No more replacements, waste or troubles in their maintenance.
- Airmatic- A sensor tests air-quality at any moment of the day. If it detects vapours, even polluting vapours (like solvents or cigarette smoke), the hood will switch on and adjust extraction power automatically. And will switch off once the air is clean again.
- Bridge Zones- The special Bridge Zones can work both individually or combined for more homogeneous cooking using both baking pans and large pots.
