Everyday Use - perfect for me

I had no idea how much I™™d use this when I bought it. Everyday I cook I use this. It get more use than the oven. Reaches 210™™F, which is hot enough to bake meringue, but I™™ve not done that. I use it for my plates and serving pieces to take the chill off them; to rest my cooked poultry or meet before carving and of course to keep vegetables warm before putting them on the table. It™™s so much more useful than I™™d originally thought and I™™m so glad I purchased this piece!
