Got this at Lowes with a substantial discount. Love that it is so quiet. I usually have to look for the red light to see if it is on. My wife really likes the shallow top rack for spatulas and wooden spoons, etc. I would definitely recommend this product and would not hesitate to buy another (hopefully 20+ years down the road).

A bit disappointing

Have had the dishwasher for 4 years. Doesn't dry dishes very well, the rinse aid compartment leaks since having the dishwasher, and the heating element quit working and had to replace. I called customer service and I questioned why the heating element stopped working within such a short time of purchasing and was disappointed when I was told, the technician may have to wiggle it a little bit and it probably will be ok. It wasn't and over $500 later, a new heating element installed.

Absolutely love this dishwasher. We have an open floor plan 2nd floor plan kitchen, dining, entertainment, pool table of 1200 square feet at our ski house. Loading this washer is a breeze with top ray for silverware, adjustable 2nd level, and bottom rack, with still more utensil rack. Dishes come out sparkling every time. The BEST feature is you don't here it, AT ALL!!!!!! In an open floor plan this BIG. We start the washer any time we want, like after dinner and can watch a movie with no annoying sounds. No hesitation needed, get this washer.

Always loved Bosch dishwashers, this is my third one. My favorite thing is it that its so quiet. Does a great job washing the dishes, love the third rack for silverware. Great features, second rack can be adjusted up or down to accomodate larger items below, and the ability to put plastic dishwasher safe items on the bottom is wonderful. They don't melt as there is no heating element. Absolutely adore this dishwasher!

Does'nt Dry Dishes

Despite using the Finish products exclusively, the dishwasher never completely dries dishes. The spinning arm is always wet and has to be hand dried. I had hoped for better performance from a Bosch product.

This is an awesome dishwasher. It looks good, it cleans great, is very quiet and is pretty easy to use. BUT……...... At just under two years it stopped working correctly (E-09). We made it in under the warranty and had a technician out to make repairs; we are still waiting for it to be fixed. It took a long time to get a technician out; we then had to wait for so long to get the parts in, sooo long; now we are still waiting for the technician to do the final repair, another long waiting period to get an appointment.

It's running sweetheart, the red light is on!

If it weren't for the little red light shining on the floor it would be difficult to tell if it's running or not. I am very happy with this dishwasher in that its easy to load and to change the configuration of the racks to accommodate different items to be washed. I'm a bachelor and I usually run the washer when I'm out of dishes which means some of the dirty ones have sat in the washer for a few days at least. My dishes always come out clean and without any effort on my part. I only wish It did two more things, auto open at end of the cycle and put the dishes away for me! KP

For some reason my DW does not dry especially the cups. There is always water standing on top. I have used the extra dry button, stanitazer button and still nothing. Also another thing I have noticed is that the plates in the bottom rack keep hitting the water spinner not matter how I adjust it. I love the top utensils rack and especially how silent it is. You can't even tell that it's on not even when you are close it.

We have had this unit for almost a year. It does a fantastic job of cleaning even the dirtiest dishes. Also, the adjustable racks make it easy to accomodate large items such as pots, pans or glassware. The dishwasher is extremely quiet too! The only complaint we would have is that we end up having to hand dry a lot of the items even when using the extra dry or sanitize features.

I like everything about this dishwasher, but the fact that it has no heating element to dry the dishes. This results in the inside left wet. I have to dry the door and walls with a towel when emptying. The dishes are clean, but plastics are totally wet. All have to be dried by hand. This is after it has not been opened for 6 ours after the cycle is complete. I turn it on when I go to bed and empty in the morning. I use the Auto and Extra Dry Cycles. I have even left the door opened for at least 30 minutes before emptying, still wet. It is very quiet which is a big plus, but wet is a big minus. This is an issue that needs to be corrected by Bosch. They are expensive and the consumer should not have to hand dry a dishwasher or dishes after use.

Great dishwasher and very quiet. Only issue was after 3 years the heat element went on it with error code e:09. Ordered the part off Bosch website for $100 and it was an easy fix. Works great again.

The only reason for less than 5 stars is that you have to clean the filters pretty often. That was not the case for our previous dish waters. But overall I am very pleased with this unit and would certainly buy it again. In fact, if it were posible I would give this unit 4.8 stars. That was not the case for our previous dish waters.
