Griddle for gas range

Just received my griddle #316499900 for Frigidaire Pro Gas Range model FPGF3077QF. Frigidaire website says it fits on top of middle grate. I tried it on top of grate and removing middle grate and it doesn't fit. Hopefully Frigidaire representative has a solution?

I wanted to purchase a Griddle for my Frigidaire Gallery Stove, but according to all these reviews it does not fit my unit, even though the instruction manual indicates a Griddle can be ordered from Frigidaire?I wanted to be able to leave it in place.

Wrong dimensions.I JUST got off chat with an advisor who told me this would fit my 30" range top, only to discover when I receive it, that it will most likely not fit. This is VERY discouraging to say the least. My range top middle dimensions are 20" by 8" and this one that this company told me would fit is actually 19" by 8.5" I spoke with someone first so this was not supposed to be an issue.

Griddle is good quality. Unfortunately, it does not fit, despite being described as the griddle for my Frigidaire gas range. It is about 1/4" too wide to fit between the two outside burner racks, so it can't be used without first removing one of those burner racks. So long as you're aware of that, you'll like it. (Alternatively, you may as well pick one up elsewhere for half the price.)

I purchased this item because the description states griddle for gas ranges and cooktops . I purchased a 30™ Frigidaire gas range with a 5th burner and this griddle is too small for my stove top . The griddle itself is amazing and great quality, unfortunately I can™™t not use it .

Description states depth and width, but not length. Does this go in place of grate or on top of grate? What ovens does it fit? Surely you could at least state which Frigidaire models its compatible with on your website.
